IMV’s Board of Directors, the Audit Committee of the Board and the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee, wish to establish procedures to address the receipt, retention and treatment of complaints received by IMV in respect of matters relating to: (a) accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters; (b) practices, procedures or protocols leading to poor scientific practices; (c) violations of law; and (d) any other corporate wrongdoing. IMV’s whistleblower policy establishes the confidential and anonymous submission by Employees of concerns. It is the responsibility of any Employee to report violations or suspected violations.
